Konstantina Papadimitriou MA, CFRE-Founder

Konstantina is a passionate strategist, fundraiser and philanthropy advisor working with organisations and donors who seek to grow and achieve impact.

Konstantina has 15 years of experience in fundraising consulting and a record of accomplishments in individual and major giving, strategic planning and donor engagement. She has worked in major fundraising programs for international non-profit organizations and she has engaged numerous corporations, foundations and individuals in giving.

Through sustainable strategies, coherent planning and guided implementation, Konstantina supports organisations who want to be sustainable, confident and successful in raising significant funds, and donors who want to make sure that their gifts and grants have the optimum impact in society.

Konstantina is also a mentor and a trainer to nonprofit organisations who seek pathways to increase and diversify their income channels and to diverse stakeholders who seek a meaningful engagement in philanthropy.

Tony Myers PhD, LL.B, CFRE-Advisor

Tony is internationally recognized for his expertise in major gift fundraising, capital campaigns, strategic planning, board development and organizational reviews with an emphasis on crafting fundraising plans and strategies to meet client needs.  Based on more than 25 years of experience, Tony prepares small and large, local, national and international organizations for success by ensuring the necessary elements are in place to raise large sums of money.

His work includes: Writing and facilitating the creation of strategic plans, enhancing board governance and creating fundraising policy, drafting workable sustainable development fundraising plans, conducting organizational fundraising audits, facilitating and conducting feasibility studies, writing and implementing comprehensive campaign plans, providing advice and counsel as a campaign advisor and completing comprehensive campaign reviews.

Tony’s approach to his work is to listen first, to seek deep understanding, to identify the challenges and then together find a way to meet challenges head on.  As a consultant, teacher, trainer, writer, speaker, and author, Tony is sought after as a speaker and trainer with experience on 6 continents and numerous countries promoting a disciplined approach that results in success for clients willing to change and move beyond their comfort zone.

Sofia Angidou, MS, Learning and Evaluation Advisor   

Sofia is a consultant, trainer and facilitator, with over 18 years of experience in the international development sector and in the civic society. Her work is focused on: impact evaluation, planning, learning, governance, volunteer and employee performance management and organisational effectiveness.  

Sofia brings a wide range of experience from her work in multiple countries and with different sizes and types of organizations, institutions and networks enabling her to navigate the complexities and dynamics of the work and improve organizational performance.  

She has significant expertise on evaluation of programmes and strategies with a strong focus on using participatory methods and on empowerment. She is a great advocate of reflective and learning practices that enable organisations to map and comprehend their impact and to inform meaningfully their operational and fundraising strategy and tactics. She brings a learning approach throughout all aspects of her work and strives to empower and support stakeholders and decision makers to translate learning into action and change and to build a culture of learning. 

She is an accredited trainer and an accredited Action Learning facilitator and a great believer of mentoring and of everything that enables meaningful sharing and learning!
